2. Digital Product Nature

All products sold through our store — including software modules, data systems, and learning materials — are intangible digital goods delivered electronically.
Once access or a download link has been granted, the product is considered delivered and fully consumed.

No physical shipment or return of goods is applicable.


3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued only under specific conditions, such as:

  • The product was not delivered or accessible within 48 hours of purchase.
  • The buyer received a duplicate charge or accidental double billing.
  • A critical, irreparable technical issue prevents product use (verified by our support team).
  • A pre-approved refund was confirmed in writing by RokocokoVet Support.

Requests based on subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., “not as expected”) are not eligible, as detailed product information and demos are provided before purchase.


4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Failure to read or understand the product description before buying.

To protect the security of our platform, all license keys and downloads are automatically tracked and verified.


5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe your case qualifies for a refund, please contact our Support Department within 7 calendar days of purchase.

Include the following information in your mail:

  1. Full name and order ID.
  2. Email address used during purchase.
  3. A detailed explanation of the issue.
  4. Screenshots or error messages (if applicable).

Refund requests are reviewed within 5–7 business days.
If approved, funds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days after confirmation.

Before a refund is considered, our technical team will make every reasonable effort to resolve the reported issue through troubleshooting or updates.
Most problems are resolved quickly through configuration or compatibility adjustments.

If you have purchased a subscription-based license:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date.
  • Access remains active until the end of the paid billing period.
  • Once the period ends, no additional charges will apply.
  • Subscription payments already processed are non-refundable.

Automatic renewals can be disabled directly in your Customer Dashboard or by contacting our billing team.


8. Product Replacement or Exchange

In rare cases where an incorrect digital product was assigned to your account, we will replace it promptly with the correct one — free of charge.
Replacement is not treated as a refund but as a correction of a technical error.

If you suspect that your credit card or account was used to make an unauthorized purchase, contact us immediately.
After verifying the incident, we will assist with the refund process and take necessary security measures to prevent recurrence.
